Review of Maintenance Contracts

● A review of maintenance contracts to determine corrective actionable items to be covered by your service contractor and building owner.

● Assistance to building owners in the negotiation of any changes or terms to their existing service contracts.

Independent Accident Investigation

JCM Consulting will provide Independent 3rd Party Accident Investigation.

Includes:

● A post-incident site visit for investigation and determination of the cause of the incident (whether from equipment failure or maintenance related reasons).

● An investigation into whether the issues are still present.

● A report of all data and simulations of the incident.

● Ensuring code compliance of the elevating device in question as well as a recommendation of any necessary repairs prior to resuming operations for the public.

 

New Product Installation

Includes:

  • Product Installation design

  • Specification preparation

  • Acceptance inspections

  • Project management.

 

Due Diligence Inspections

For reserve fund studies or building purchases.

Includes:

  • Detailed and comprehensive inspections of the complete elevating device (inside and out) that allow building owners or purchasers to properly evaluate their investment
